  • Canape: House smoked salmon - saffron creme, caviar 

  • First Course: Rotisserie lamb - halloumi, chickpeas, burnt tomato 

  • Second Course: Smoked halibut - bouillabaisse dressing 

  • Third Course: Wagyu tri-tip, lobster, carrot pistou, new potato, chanterelle butter 

  • Fourth Course: Honey comb with flourless chocolate biscuit, honey mousse and chocolate honey ganache
