Meet our Pasty Chef
Born in Morocco, Zakariae has over 13 years' experience as an executive and sous chef. He holds a Culinary Diploma from the Cordon Bleu culinary school, one of the best pastry schools in the world, and has spent time working in high-end restaurants in Morrocco, like Fauchon Paris and various 5-star hotels such as Villa Diyafa and La Tour Hassan. With a French pastry background, Zakariae also founded his own business making ice-cream cakes for caterers, restaurants, hotels, and supermarkets.
Meet our Sommelier
Arjan has over 25 years’ training experience as a European sommelier. Spending his time in France, Spain, Portugal, and New Zealand (just to name a few), Arjan has built his career working at Michelin Star restaurants and Five Diamond resorts. His expertise and knowledge are world class. Arjan loves interacting with guests to share his refined sense of flavor profiles with wine pairings.
