ZAKARIAE
Born in Morocco, Zakariae has over 13 years' experience as an executive and sous chef. He holds a Culinary Diploma from the Cordon Bleu culinary school, one of the best pastry schools in the world, and has spent time working in high-end restaurants in Morrocco, like Fauchon Paris and various 5-star hotels such as Villa Diyafa and La Tour Hassan. With a French pastry background, Zakariae also founded his own business making ice-cream cakes for caterers, restaurants, hotels, and supermarkets.
