Spending his time in France, Spain, Portugal, and New Zealand (just to name a few), Arjan has built his career working at Michelin Star restaurants and Five Diamond resorts. His expertise and knowledge are world class. Arjan loves interacting with guests to share his refined sense of flavor profiles with wine pairings.
